I have my weekly poker game tonight. I didn't play last week because I took the kids to go see My Chemical Romance at the Meadowlands (they played a cover of the Misfits' Astro Zombies, which was cool).
My first week I finished 12th out of 16 people the week after that 11th out of 21. So I did better the second week. That second week I got absoloutley no cards. Every time I got an Ace or King there was a three or four to go with it. Not good.
I've been reading Dan Harrington's book Harrington on Holdem, and I read most of David Sklansky's book, so I'm hoping I'm getting better over time. My goal tonight is to make the final table.
